Introducing accounts

The WMS distinguishes between accounts and users. Below we explain the difference.


Accounts

This is your entire company’s account. Every customer has one account with us. All actions you perform as a user are linked to this account. This is how we distinguish between our customers.

I have several webshops but only one account

If this is the case, you can create new shops. With shops you can split and/or categorize activities in the WMS. This can occur, for example, if you have a consumer webshop and a webshop for companies.

On this page we explain how to create a shop.

Users

With a user account you actually perform actions. A user is associated with an account. This way you can see which customer organization the user belongs to. In addition, a user only sees information related to your organization.

You can create as many users as you want. For example, one for each employee in your organization.
