Cancel a return
You can only cancel a return as long as it has the status Pre-advised. If your return has another status feel free to contact the customer service department of your logistics service provider
Navigate to the Returns page by using the menu.
Click on the magnifying glass at the return you want to cancel.
You should be on the return details page now. Now click on the Cancel-button on the top of the page and confirm.
Your return has been successfully cancelled.
