How can I create a return label and send it to my customers?

It is possible that this function is not enabled by your logistics service provider. Please contact the customer support of your logistics service provider when in doubt.

It is possible to generate shipping labels with CloudWMS for returns by yourself. In this sections we will explain you how to create this labels and send them to your customer or the shipper of the return with your own instructions.

Add instructions for your customer

You can create a template with instructions for your customer. For example about how to pack and ship the parcel or pallet. This instructions will be sent to the customer by e-mail together with the shipping label. In the instruction video below we will explain you how to create a template.
