Overview purchase orders

On the purchase orders page you have an overview of all the created purchase orders.

In the first column you can read the status. A purchase order has four possible statuses:

1. Pre-advised; the purchase order is successfully created but not received by us.
2. Being processed; the purchase order arrived in our warehouse. At the moment the order is being processed and is getting it’s place in our warehouse.
3. Processed; the purchase order is finished.
4. Cancelled; the purchase order got cancelled by you or us.

You can find the next information at this page:

• The date and time at wich the purchase order was created;
• The date when we are expecting your order in our warehouse ;
• The purchase order number;
• The amount of products in the purchase order;
• The amount of products that we received;
• The shipping details;
• The amount of boxes and/or pallets;
